Can I restrict what employees can access?

Yes, Cinderblock has five user-roles, allowing you manage the level of access each employee within your company has; roles range from being able to access just the job information they're assigned to (basic user), to accessing all company data and settings (administrator).

With the Build plan, you can customize how each role works and even create your own custom roles (coming soon!).

The five user roles are:

  1. Administrator
  2. Manager
  3. Dispatcher
  4. User
  5. Basic
